53. The Xindi -- It has been six weeks since Enterprise's new mission began and the crew have made virtually no progress. Now finally, they may have a lead as Enterprise is en route to a mining colony which is supposed to have a Xindi worker. But the attempt to learn more about the race threatening Earth leads Archer and Trip into a trap.



54. Anomaly -- Strange things are occurring on Enterprise, leading most of the ship's systems to become disabled. Before the crew can make repairs, a group of Osaarians board and loot the ship. The crew pursue the Osaarians to retrieve what was stolen, but when Archer learns these aliens encountered the Xindi, he goes to extreme lengths to get information from an imprisoned Osaarian.

55. Extinction -- While searching for the Xindi on a tropical world, the crew are exposed to a virus which transform them into the extinct original inhabitants of the planet.

56. Rajiin -- A slave girl, Rajiin, uses her mental powers on the crew to steal information on humans for her Xindi overlords

57. Impulse -- Boarding a damaged Vulcan vessel adrift in an asteroid field, Archer and his team discover that the remaining crew have mutated into violent, zombie-like creatures

58. Exile -- Hoshi is contacted by Tarquin, an alien with telepathic powers, and given an interesting proposition: he will use his powers to obtain information about the Xindi and their weapon. All he asks is that Hoshi stay on his planet while he works.

59. The Shipment -- At an Xindi colony, Archer, Reed and Major Hayes sneak onto the planet for a reconnaissance mission of a facility producing a substance crucial to the Xindi weapon. Archer interrogates the head of the facility, a Xindi-Sloth named Gralik

60. Twilight -- Archer discovers that he is living on a planet with T'Pol and that twelve years have passed. T'Pol explains that an anomaly caused Archer to be infected with strange parasites, preventing him from retaining memories beyond that point

61. North Star -- Archer, Trip and T'Pol head down to a planet where humans are living in a wild west-like society. Archer learns that aliens named Skagarans brought humans from three hundred years ago there for slave labor

62. Similitude -- Something goes wrong during an attempt to improve the warp engines, causing Trip to be severely injured and leaving Enterprise crippled in a dangerous polaric field. Archer allows Phlox to create a simbiot of Trip, which will only live for fifteen days



63. Carpenter Street -- Archer and T'Pol are sent back to Earth in the year 2004, where some kind of Xindi plot is occurring

64. Chosen Realm -- Enterprise is taken over by a group of aliens planning to use the ship to destroy those opposed to their religion

65. Proving Ground -- Shran and a crew of Andorians track down Enterprise to offer assistance in locating the Xindi weapon. But the Andorians have plans of their own for the weapon.

66. Stratagem -- With Degra now a prisoner on Enterprise, Archer tries hard to learn where the Xindi weapon is being built

67. Harbinger -- An alien saved from an anomaly is brought onboard Enterprise and Archer tries to learn what he was doing. Reed and Major Hayes face off against each other during intense training. And Trip begins spending time with Amanda Cole. 

68. Doctor's Orders -- Phlox takes command as Enterprise's human crew members are put in comas until the ship clears a deadly disturbance in four days.

69. Hatchery -- A crew of Xindi-Insectoids allowed themselves to die in order to save their offspring, which are almost ready to hatch from their eggs. When Enterprise arrives at the scene, Archer wants to make sure they live, but not everyone onboard feels the same way.

70.  Azati Prime --  The Enterprise crew finally reaches the Xindi military colony at Azati Prime, and plans a suicide mission to destroy the doomsday weapon.

71.  Damage -- Following a devastating attack that has crippled the Enterprise, Archer must set morality aside in order to salvage the mission.

72.  The Forgotten -- As Tucker tries to come to terms with a personal loss, Archer attempts to prove his case to Degra and solidify an alliance.



Reed and Tucker must close down a leaking plasma conduit that was creating a huge plasma fire.

73.   E2 -- The crew comes face-to-face with another ship, whose passengers are the descendants of the Enterprise crew, which is destined to be thrown more than a century into the past.

74.  The Council -- Archer meets with the Xindi Council to present the evidence that the Xindi are being manipulated.  Meanwhile, T'Pol and Lt. Reed lead a team into one of the spheres to get information about who built them.

75.  Countdown -- Captian Archer and some Xindi allies try to stop the Xindi Reptilians and Insectoids from arming the Xindi weapon.



76.  Zero Hour -- Captain Archer and Lt. Reed lead a team to destroy the Xindi weapon.  Meanwhile T'Pol and Commander Tucker use Enterprise to to destroy a key sphere in the Delphic Expanse. All is successful except the Enterprise NX-01, its crew and Archer have returned to early 1940's, and Archer is in a Nazi Hospital.

In February 2154 Archer was believed to have been killed having been aboard the
Xindi Weapon as Earth. Inexplicably, a badly burned but alive Archer was found on
Earth and taken to a Nazi field point during World War II



Under occupation by Nazi soldiers, Vosk - an alien commander is helping equip the German nazi’s with futuristic weapons to help them win the war.
